Bizdirect implemented internationally the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform at Hovione, a Portuguese multinational company of the pharmaceutical industry. This project, which includes seven countries across three continents, over 150 users, five distinct areas (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Assessment and Order Processing), and that generates over 9,500 contacts, aims to respond to a set of needs of the group, ensuring to increase team productivity and the centralisation of the interaction history with the end customer and between the various business areas on a single platform.
