Cloud and Business Mobility

Cloud and Business Mobility
By 2020 millennials will account for about 50% of the workforce. As such, they will undoubtedly be an extremely influential base within the global workforce. This digitally native generation expects a different level of customer experience.

Public, Private or Hybrid Cloud?

Public, Private or Hybrid Cloud?
The numbers released a few months ago by Gartner leave no doubt: the growth of the cloud is an undeniable trend. Cost reduction, rapid technological change, reduced initial investment or the use of resources as necessary are some of the factors that have proved to be decisive for its implementation. It should be borne in mind, however, that their adoption has some inherent challenges and the choice of the most appropriate implementation model is one of them.

From Lead to Order

From Lead to Order
The business fundamentals have not changed: Acquire, Retain and Grow. But the world around us has. We have more demanding customers that live in a digital world and new and more opportunities in a higher competitive landscape that accelerate changes and challenge our economy.

Cloud: Cost Model

Cloud: Cost Model
To enterprises or even startups that are expanding, scale is important. If you they have capital to invest, choosing an on-premise solution may sound right. But having money does not mean they do not care about costs right?

Competence Center or Programmers?

Competence Center or Programmers?
Today’s business demands must be answered with speed, knowledge, experience and analytical thinking. The Request for Proposal (RFP) as we have known in the past is now being replaced by the challenge posed in the transformations’ resolution operated in each client. It is up to us “implementers” to understand the business, adapt, and creatively contribute n the construction of a solution for each situation.

CLOUD: Control and Security – What’s the difference?

CLOUD: Control and Security – What’s the difference?
Most companies see Cloud as a way to be more agile and cost-efficient. While true, this thinking is built on a shaky foundation. With the bewildering and contradictory Cloud information on the Internet, it can be hard understand exactly what this means or entails. We often fear what we don’t know. So, our mission is to demystify and advise by starting to distinguish two concepts: control and security.

Nine Reasons Why eXtremeCRM 2017 in Lisbon is a Must Attend
2017 will be the sixth year and 11th eXtremeCRM event where the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) community convenes to exchange ideas, share hands-on learning, cement partnerships, and explore the future of CRM-related business and technology. The host city is Lisbon, Portugal. Fair warning: my blog is biased. I moved to Lisbon from Chicago in 2003, and never looked back. I love Lisbon because, while it has grown more cosmopolitan, it retains its’ relaxed personality, artistic culture, and historic roots. If the prospect of real-world Dynamics 365 (CRM) learning among peers across Europe isn’t enough for you, here’s nine reasons to save the date for eXtremeCRM 2017, March 13-17, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Last week I was fortunate to attend the European SharePoint Conference in Vienna with one of my colleagues. It was an intense couple of days between all the keynotes, technical sessions and loads of networking. The hard part was making a choice between all the great speakers and their sessions.

Do You Hear What Your Customers are Saying?

Do You Hear What Your Customers are Saying?
The evolution of Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, now called Dynamics 365, is impressive. In the last few months, new components such as Project Service Automation, Field Service and Voice of the Customer were added. This last one is, for me, one of the most interesting features, allowing the creation of surveys for customers.

A Telerik® Framework: How to Enhance and Increase Dynamics CRM Usability and Save Time

A Telerik® Framework: How to Enhance and Increase Dynamics CRM Usability and Save Time
Recently, one of our Nearshore Partners asked us to address some specific requirements that would take a lot of time to develop, and as follows, cost a lot, too. Part of our team “DNA” is to be proactive about suggesting alternative ways to rapidly answer customer needs. Because of our deep expertise in different, but related technologies and frameworks, we came up with a new way to solve a problem – that ultimately saves both time and money. The challenge was to show information inside Dynamics CRM in a grid format, requiring the display of thousands of rows and hundreds of columns, dynamically.
