As a Microsoft Certified Partner, Bizdirect is Software Asset Management (SAM) qualified, capable of carrying out SAM audits as well as being qualified to manage its Customers’ software assets, helping them to understand what is installed on their hardware, exactly where the software is run, and guarding against the existence of duplicate licensing. Further to SAM certification, Bizdirect also holds a Licensing Solutions certification, being both a LAR (Large Account Reseller) and ESA (Enterprise Software Advisor), qualified to sign Enterprise and Select Agreements and in relation to Microsoft technology.
